Families

You deserve to heal, too

Caring for someone with an addiction is exhausting. Our family program helps you understand the disease, find your peace of mind again and learn how to help without losing yourself along the way.

What you feel is valid

It’s okay not to know what to do

We’re here to walk with you

There’s no right way to go through this. Some families have spent years trying to help and feel they’ve tried everything; others are just starting to notice the signs and wonder if they’re overreacting. Both situations are real, and either way, you deserve guidance.

  • It’s not your faultAddiction is a disease. You didn’t cause it, and it’s not on you to cure it alone. That’s what we’re here for.
  • Recovery is a processThere will be progress and there will be hard days. What matters is not walking this path without support.
  • You can’t force anyone to changeBut you can change the way you support them. Setting healthy boundaries is also a way of loving.
